This ladies loop frame bicycle is a Hopper (Pre Elswick I think) and believed to be 1927-1930. I am going to do a full strip down and repaint and re tune, it is in reasonable condition so hopefully it won't take too long as I also have another bicycle to get on with as well.....a low gravity tradesman's bicycle! pictures to come soon, in the mean time have a look at the loopy.
